The vision of CDDA is to facilitate an evidence-based system of coordinated, comprehensive services for individuals living in Delaware. This will be accomplished by fostering partnerships with state and community practitioners to identify priority areas, integrate state administrative data, and utilize this knowledge to inform data-based decision making.
